Hey! I found a difference or two...
from speakout.com
Everything he's 'voted for or against' matches Clinton.

Which shows the following from Obama:
Opposes same-sex marriage
• “Strategically, I think we can get civil unions passed…I think that to the extent that we can get the rights, I’m less concerned about the name” 95
• “And I should say that personally, I do believe that marriage is between a man and a woman.”96 “I am somebody who has not embraced gay
marriage. I’ve said that it’s not something that I think the society is necessarily ready for. And it strikes me that in a lot of ways for a lot of people; it may intrude in how they understand marriage.”97
Supports sexual orientation-inclusive hate crimes laws, unclear if supports transgender-inclusive hate crimes laws
• “And as president, I will place the weight of my administration behind the enactment of the Matthew Shepard Act to outlaw hate crimes.”86
• Co-sponsored Local Law Enforcement Enhancement Act of 2005, which would expand federal jurisdiction to reach serious, violent hate crimes
perpetrated because of the “actual or perceived race, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation or disability” of the victim. 87
For Clinton (by the way)
Opposes same-sex marriage
• A DOMA supporter, however, at an October 2006 meeting with the NYC LGBT community, “Mrs. Clinton admitted to publicly supporting the federal
Defense of Marriage Act as a strategic decision to help derail a constitutional amendment that banned gay marriage.”29
• Clinton says she would repeal only Section 3 of DOMA. That section of the law denies gay partners and spouses more than 1,100 federal benefits
enjoyed by married heterosexual spouses. She would retain Section 2, which says states don’t have to recognize same-sex "relationships between
persons of the same sex."30
Supports sexual orientation- and transgender-inclusive hate crimes laws
• Supports: Co-sponsor of Local Law Enforcement Enhancement Act, “also known as the hate crimes bill, which strengthens the federal government’s
ability to investigate and prosecute hate crimes.” 19
• “She will strengthen law enforcement and prosecution against discriminatory acts of violence against gays, lesbians, and transgender individuals by
signing the Matthew Shepard Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act into law.”20
• On the memorials for Lawrence King: "I was deeply saddened by the recent death of 15-year-old Lawrence King who was killed at his school in
Oxnard, CA. No one should face intimidation or violence, particularly at school, because of their sexual orientation or the way they express their
gender identity. We must finally enact a federal hate crimes law to ensure that gay, lesbian and transgender Americans are protected against
violent, bias-motivated crimes. We must send a unified message that hate-based crime will not be tolerated."21
• Co-sponsored Local Law Enforcement Enhancement Act of 2005, which would expand federal jurisdiction to reach serious, violent hate crimes
perpetrated because of the “actual or perceived race, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation or disability” of the victim. 87

Obama says he'll get rid of DOMA but that he thinks it is each states choice.
So I think on that one they are still the same.
But (for me anyway, the important one is) when it comes to equality for ALL people the fact that it is unclear if Obama actually supports and wishes to protect the Transgender community reaffirms my concern that he doesn't understand what Equality truely is.
