Re: THE OBAMA PAPERS ALEXROD STATES INDIANA IS A MUST WIN FOR OBAMA

Hmmm but he didn't win it.

He said Indiana was the tie breaker...must have been sure...
but he lost it.

So sure he'll be the dem nom?

Hmmm.. Well then. How to stop Hillary. Right?

If she fights for us, we fight for her.

So, I guess there is no stopping her.

She is the better choice, so that is fine.

Half of the dems don't want him...
they want her...

let's just let the
race continue.

We are happy she
doesn't give up.

Because we want her, not him.

Still not willing to settle for
By Vidya May 8th 2008 at 2:38 am EDT
second best, why should half the democrats in the United States settle for someone they feel pales by comparison, second best, is not what I call POTUS material.

We have the best, let' use her before we get taken to the slaughter house in Nov.

If everyone who wanted her voted her in as an independent..she would win, by sheer volume.

but isn't that going to happen either way?

Aren't HALF the democrats going to be settling for the guy they didnt choose - no matter what?

Not necessarily....there is a movement underway to get Hillary on the ballot as an Independent....
I signed the petition online tonight......
We are very close to the number needed to get her on and get it up......
She still should be the nominee of the Democrats simply because she is the best candidate...

She will be on my ballot...regardless

I will be writing Hillary in, if she's not already on the ballot. I WILL NOT VOTE FOR Obama!

I want more information on that...
Can we write in Clinton's name?

If we wrote HRC onto the ballots, we cannot be guaranteed that all of the other millions of people will do the same. That was the only reason I have stated that I would vote for McCain.

If We the People begin a National Campaign on our own and get all of U.S. who feel that HRC is the One for U.S. to All agree to Write HRC on the ballat and we can count those people so that if we choose that option we are guaranteed we are not alone, then I will go along with that-Plan B.

The engine that said I think I can
By Matty May 8th 2008 at 2:47 am EDT
She had to win Texas..... and did
She had to win Ohio.......and did
She had to win Penn.......and did
She had to win IN.........and did

we always knew NC was not going to be a Clinton win.
wonder why?

Now...... here we go again....

She has to win Oregon??????

Oregon is very strong Obama..... not sure why?

Oregon wants a debate....... Obama declined.

Oregon wants Change......... Obama will decline that too in the end.

That is something you can believe in.

Ya know have gotten so many emails from groups in NC and other states who want to write her in...at least if I did that I would feel good about who I voted for.

good night everyone, peace and love, sleep well.

HRC has to win because she is up against the "Plantation". She has to win her freedom from their throng of authority and power.

It is really about that fact that Every Senator thinks he is going to be President some day and that a woman is more prepared is outrageous. And, those women who go along with that are the same ones who steal everyone else's friends, boyfriends and husbands. It is really the same high school game as usual.

Media Portrait
By Lifetime Democrat May 8th 2008 at 4:40 am EDT
I'm tired of hearing everyone tell us how ignorant and un-educated we are. I personally have a degree, yet I still think that Hillary is the best person for the job. Everyone is portraying us as the backwards, country hicks, who can't read or write and that's the reason we're supporting Hillary. Nothing could be further from the truth. Perhaps if the media and Obama campaign had not portrait us this way, then perhaps I could consider Obama, but not now, too much water under the bridge and besides, as I stated, Hillary is the best person for the job.

The Truth
By Bordelon May 8th 2008 at 4:50 am EDT
I marched for civil rights and am no racist but I do not see where Senator Obama has the neither the knowledge nor experience to lead our team. With Senator Obama as our nominee we will be defeated just as bad if not worse than Mondale and McGovern. I am not saying that he will not get any votes because he will but remember John Kerry received over 59 million votes and lost. Al Gore won the popular vote with over 48% over 50 million votes and still lost. I do not see Senator Obama receiving 50 million plus votes in a general election. We cannot base our hopes on the African American voting block in the south and to do so is fatuous. I can not name one piece of legislation or one lifetime achievement of Senator Obama that gives him audacity to even seek our nomination. Just because Gorge Bush is the most unpopular president in history does not in itself guarantee our victory in November, we must not be complacent. We must put forth a Nominee that is able to compete. I am not saying that Senator Clinton is a better Nominee even though I think that she is nor am I saying that she should be our Nominee even though I think she is more qualified. But what I am saying is we must do something or we will once again squander our opportunity to change the direction of this broken country.

So here we are in Michigan with Barack not on the ballot and we still believe that we can win. That's what I call hope. Yes, I was down after seeing Barack withdraw his name from the Michigan ballot, but we still have a choice to make. By voting "Uncommitted" on the January 15th ballot we can send a powerful message and set Barack up for a victory.

Here's how it works.

STEP 1: Make sure you are registered to vote by the December 17th deadline.

STEP 2: On January 15, 2008 go to your local voting location and proudly cast your vote for Senator Barack Obama by voting "UNCOMMITTED" on the ballot.

STEP 3: Remeber not to write-in Senator Obama. If you do the vote will not be counted. By Michigan election law, Barack would have until the 2nd Friday prior to election day to officially declare himself a valid write-in. If that does not happen then writing his name on the ballot will not count.

STEP 4: After we send a powerful message through our "UNCOMMITTED" campaign we will all need to be registered with the Michigan Democratic Party so that we will be able to vote in the District Conventions. If we have enough Uncommitted votes in the primary then District Conventions will be required in order to select which candidates recieve the delegates from Michigan. District Conventions will be held on March 29th and only MDP members can vote.

Bottom line is that Barack can still win Michigan even though he is not on the ballot.

yes of course...yet it seems likely most on his side would have liked her just as well.

Am not sure that can be said for him.

Check it out.
