Given that there are many toxins in the environment that affect most of us. It a truism that we all have a stake in this country regardless of wealth. The less affluent in our country suffer the most from industrial toxins. All to often they are left to fend for themselves after exposure to various toxins many defense related. Unity demands health and welfare provisions for these folks. A shortened life or one beset with disease is a cost that should be compensated by presumed beneficiaries of these policies. In other words those in low income structures are exposed to more toxins than the more affluent who avoid this life threatening cost. A truly diligent dutiful civil servant would attempt to relocate these folks yet that does not happen. Millions of Americans suffer these affects. Prosperity for all should go hand in hand with these affects. Forced labor is undesirable and illegal those that are discriminated against in employment due to exposure to toxins need compensating. These facts are not on the surface of an issue they lie underneath. The underlying facts are that these persons are often veterans families also from many generations of service to this nation and carry the effects of said service in their bodies.
