At each stop, he let out the same battle cry: a populist attack on big oil, big pharmaceutical companies, big insurance companies and corporate lobbyists in Washington. Then he described the "powerful insiders that had rigged the system against the ordinary working man, leaving him poorer, degrading the environment and blocking access to affordable health care."

Another Hint:
"I've been fighting these people all my entire life.
We've got to stop being mealy-mouthed and careful. We've got to get rid of the robber barons. We need to have some guts."
And this persons voice rose, "It makes me angry. I feel outrage. I won't let them get away with it."

There's a difference between being successful and being a crook. You apparently want to spread gossip instead of truth.

He did many private lawsuits, but the one that made him rich was a little girl that had her bowels sucked out of her body. People usually die from this. He went against a multi-million dollar company that had been informed of their pool defects several times, but failed to change it and they failed to label their product as unsafe.

It's not called skimming. All attorneys work for a fee and it's upfront in a contract. He didn't PLOT that this little girl get hurt from a corporation that had millions and fought off each lawsuit.

He had a drug lawsuit case, there are literally hundreds of thousands every year. His one case did not change the cost of drugs. We absorb drug costs through uninsured and scams.

He's not only smart, he's intelligent and made it in this world and you did not. You're unhappy with yourself that you have to be malicious. Do you know him personally to have such a vendetta?
