The failures of the Bush presidency are well documented. He has the lowest approval ratings of any president.

The theme of the 2008 elections for both the Democrats and Republicans is change. No one wants to repeat the mistakes and inmorality of the Bush years.

But the devise negative campaign tactics developed by Carl Rove are alive and well on this web site. As the Bush Presidency fades into history the campaign tactics that resulted in him being elected are being repeated by many Democrats.

It is not good enough to support one candidate over another. You need to destroy and villify the opponent.

George Bush and Carl Rove would read many blogs on this web site and feel good their legacy moves on. Their strategies are even being used by members of the Democratic party.

I respect your opinion, and wholeheartedly disagree. Time will tell.

Thanks so much for understanding the real job we have ahead of us. It's so important to us all to defeat McCain and do it in a way that doesn't resemble Republican Party campaign tactics.

I agree. There are a lot of people here who will vote for mccain in November. Once they jump ship and go to that camp things will settle down quite a bit. Looking forward to it :)

Keerist, I can't even believe anyone would vote for a repo, least of all a democrat. I know a few who don't feel Obama is the best choice, and are not happy about voting for him, I am one. Even know of some dems who will sit the race out in the GE because of him, but I cannot believe any real dem would vote for a repo. Know dem I know would go repo. That is just crazy.
