As an Obama supporter, what can we do for you Hillary supporters who are considering John McCain to make up for your loss??

Even those who aren't, I'm kinda lost as to what to say or do for you guys because it seems like there is nothing that can prevent some of you from voting for McCain if Hillary loses. I wish there didn't have to be a loser?

By Democrat in Santa Cruz, CA May 14th 2008 at 12:44 pm EDT
1) Give us 100% Florida and Michigan Votes.
2) Barack must publically admit that he flipped Hillary off at two North Carolina rallies.
3) Barack must explain his role in the Chicago Combine.
4) Barack must explain why he does not recall meeting Nadhmi Auchi.
5) Barack must explain why he stated that he only worked for Rezko on a 5 hour job for a church.
6) Barack must exlain must exlain why he received a fax from Al Ammarae.
7) Barack must appologize publically for the record to Geraldine Ferraro.
8) Barrack must concede that he is not prepared to be command in chief and will need Hillary Clinton as an advisor because he cannot do it himself.
9) Barack must publically appologize to McCain for all of the smart ass remarks he made to him in the Senate.
10) Barack must publically acknowledge each person he has stepped on to become a public servant.

sorry, i'm guilty of the same things i make a point about. as a physics major, its like the top of our pet peeves seeing people promoting ideas that aren't true. it upsets me that no one has ever heard a full speech of rev. wright but every talks like they have. or that they think economists are wrong with gas tax holiday. we have a hard enough time with those darn creationists....

I think you need to consult with the DNC about FL & MI. Is this Obama's fault?

1) He should kill himself.

You just want him to die, admit it. How dare you. Never, ever, has any politician in my entire lifetime, been asked to apologize for everything he has done and everything he didn't do and admit to things that never happened.

What are you, the Spanish Inquisition?

In America, in this party, we give everybody a chance, we strive to be good and noble. My uncle was a POW in Germany during WW2. Why did he and his brothers, including my father, and my uncles on my mother's side all sign up for that war? Because they rose to a noble challenge, they risked their lives for it. Being American is not about ignorance and intolerance. It is about doing your best, and doing the best for your children. Immigrants have come to this country for more than 20 generations because being American used to actually mean something. There was a nobility in all of us Americans: the Native Americans and the newcomers, the Pilgrims, the pioneers, the farmers, the industrialists; the men and women who went to war (my Mom was a WAVE), the philosophers, the scholars, the advocates, the men and women who worked in factories; the fishermen, the small business owners, the homemakers, the teachers, the truckers, the authors, the grocery store clerks, the engineers, the waitresses, the trash collectors.

Whenever in my extensive travels I am challenged by stereotypes of Americans being rude, racist, lazy, dumb and arrogant, I counter with the recollection of small acts of generosity, the friendliness to, and curious interest in strangers, the strong love of family and community, the spirit of optimism, the sense of pride in accomplishment and celebration of life. That's what being American means to me.

This unreasonable hatred you have for a person you have never met and obviously know very little about is unhealthy. Moreover, it's un-American.

There are private fears of older African Americans that there maybe attempts on Obama's life! So, any attempt of being cute or clever with the kill comment isn't appreciated.

What can we do?
By charctine May 14th 2008 at 12:55 pm EDT
What would you want done if Obama was in Hillary's shoes?
But voting for McCain is NOT the answer.
And I BEG Hillary supporters not to do it. She does not want that. That is why she is (still) running. To keep McCain OUT!

Hmmmnnn..

Madeline Stewart or Democrat in Valley Village, CA,

The people in congressional races have rejected your type of political poison! It will be rejected in the general election, too!

You tried -

Nice try - keep trying if you wish - I'll try to - but in the end -

It's up to them to look for a reason to join or stay away.

We can't control every Obama supporter on this board.
