Obviously, no one (except for perhaps D.Tree) yet is willing to deal with this issue. It takes us to the root of the King Alfred Plan, which, like Operation Trojan Horse, most here will write off as BS.

But what is this counter-intelligence program and what has it achieved?

Yet, when we see and hear the attacks on Obama, Wright, Jackson, Farrakhan or the New Black Panthers, it has nothing to do with "Race".

That's the real BS. It has everything to do with race even before the FBI and IRS slandered and defamed the Garvey Movement. It has placed Obama in a position he can't even address "Black issues". He has become isolated from Black issues and effectively neutralized. The more Obama disassociates himself form Black leadership at the grass-roots level, the more he marginalizes his own movement. Then he will be neutralized. Cointelpro never went away. It just accomodated and co-opted Black leadership. It became more covert. And most Black people know the political vehicle used for this co-optation. Thats why they dont vote. Democracy is a sham and the system is a fraud. Just as the Black folks in Florida, Michigan, Texas and Harlem.
