Obama said on The View today that he might have left his church had Wright not said he understood that his remarks had hurt people.

Uh, anyone remember that Wright said that? Or was that in a private meeting with Obama??

Gee, that makes me feel a whole lot better.

Why does Hillary Clinton refuse to renounce and condemn the labor practices of her former benefactor, Wal-Mart? How many hundreds of thousands of dollars did she make from them?

All these years and still nothing from her.

Shocking.

I think she meant the one that has no less than 6 class action suits pending against it for wage discrimination against its female employees.

Yep. Hillary spent 6 years on the board of directors for the largest union busting corporation in the world and also the corporation that has the worst record for its treatment of women employees. Hillary sure did a lot of good for women when she was at Wal-Mart.

Of course it was also at this time that she also represented a male defendent who raped a 12 year old girl and Oh yes, there was also the case where she got a 300 pound male who beat up his girlfriend off on a technicality.

Of course she did leave with a portfolio of Wal-Mart stock valued at over $100,000 according to the tax report that Bill had to file in 1993.

and speaking of tax records . . . when do we get to see Hillary's

well, at least she tried to do some good within the company unlike Obama who remasaained mute or supportive. Either way he permitted what went on in the church to continue.

Oh and then there's Resko. Oh,he admitted to lying about that.

She has. Your sounding like a Republican, always bring up something else to justify what you did wrong. We have seen this over and over in the Bush administration.

Why in the world would you attack someone called Practically Perfect. Sounds like you do not want to hear the truth, so attack her personally.

How grown up you are. I could always tell a Republican. They are rude, self centered and attack people with different views than their own. Are you a cross over republican? Geeze, go back!

That's actually pretty cool, Shopman. I'm glad you explained Plumb -- too many people would never have caught on.

I'll have to change my name to my typical nick.

We are afterall so stupid that we believe in Santa Claus too.

How can the Obama supporters be there? Don't they ever see how Obama thinks of them and their intellect?

The View.

Just saw the clip of The View, with Obama, he also stated if his pastor would not have been retiring that he would have left since he thinks some of the things he said were viewed as racist. Obama's pastor going into retirement, I don't see as any factor what so ever. The key to me is that Obama has been sitting quiet in the pews for 20 years....what a joke.

That isn't a lie, actually that was originally his 2nd position.

He initially said during his first interviews on MSNBC and CNN that he hadn't heard any of these controversial statements.

The very same night on Fox he said, Yes I would have left.

Then during his national speech on "Race" he said he had heard those comments.

Funny how no one seems to point out common miscues of Obama during the past couple weeks but will trapse back years, decades to prove Hillary a deceitful person.

News flash, neither are perfect.

I have issue with Obama because he didn't even try to "Change" the style of someone he had great respect for. Instead he sat in the pews for 20 years silently not noticing that thousands and thousands of parents use those sermons to shape and form their childrens character. This is an injustice to the children and contributes to teen/early adult hood rebellion that often ends up in the court syste.

If children are taught not to hate or disrepect the system when they are young then they don't normally end up in it. Exception to maybe a minor in posession or shoplifting.

Is it possible that the high numbers of black men in prison are directly contributed to this type of upbringing?

This definately affects white people too, but because it is spread out accross more rural areas versus highly congested urban areas the impacts are greater for blacks. Obviously the close quarters provide much more opportunity for conflict especially when people are raised with negative views towards the system and others.

We really need to start allowing opportunity to move families out of inner city areas that want out. This in itself will allow for better education, and less animosity build up. It will also allow them to see first hand how their lives aren't any worse than many many others of different color (including white).

Issues are less and less about race then people realize, it is more so class that seperates us.
