Rats leaving a Sinking Ship
|

I now see more rats leaving the sinking Clinton ship. Waters and others couldn't give Sen. Clinton the decency of waiting until she decided what she planned to do. Loyalty and commitment are really dead when it comes to politics and keeping one's word. I have no respect for those who would not give her the courtesy and respect she has earned and deserved. Whatever Hillary decides, I am still a supporter. If she decides to push for VP, I will have to think long and hard about giving my support. It will all depend on: 1. If Obama makes the offer; 2. What role Hillary would play in an Obama administration; and 3.How respectfully Michelle Obama is towards Hillary beginning now through the Convention. There apeears to be no love lost between Michelle and Barack and Hillary and Bill. If there is at least mutual respect, it will go a long way to unifying the party. If there isn't mutual respect, there will be no unity and Hillary supporters will wait until 2012. Barack Obama cannot win the election without Hillary Clinton and her supporters. I hope he remembers that when he makes his selection for VP.

Go Hillary you fought a good fight! You are a fighter and go getter!
We believe in you!
Many did not think Obama would win the primary....He wil do fine as USA sees 2 choices...OBAMA or McCain...
Barack cannot win without Hillary! Put that in your pipe and smoke it!
Look at his Demographics:
1. Liberal Democrats
2. African American Democrats
3. Under 35 Democrats.
Not enough of these 3 sectors of the Party to overcome the Republican War Machine: George Bush won 62,040,610 votes in 2004........HMMMMMMMM Senator Obama has won 17,000,000 Democrats in the Democratic Party.............HMMMMMMMMMMM M
2 Democratic Presidents since 1968; yes that's 40 years ago..............hmmmmmmmmmmmm mmm
Care to Meet President McCain?
Beyond that, Hillary's Senatorial District includes New York City, large African American Population, hmmmm, your also hoping they have short memories I guess.
Referring to Maxine as a 'rat' won't go over so well in what little support the Clintons have in the Black community. But its obvious some folks dont care. And I said all along she would lose with this negative campaigning and criticism of the Black community.
People need to look at those polls again in California. Obama is polling ahead of McCain in key battleground states such as OH and PENN.
At the end of the day I feel Bill hurt Hillary more trhan he helped.
He appears to put his personal agenda above Hillary's needs, Obama's needs and the country's needs.
But he has this easy charm and this knack for getting the most cynical people on the planet to open the hearts and pocketbooks in aid of good causes.
In a way I'm happy he won't be going back to Washington because his place in the world is out there in the world, sweet-talking the powerful into doing things to help the powerless. And as First Gentleman he just wouldn't have the same cache. He needs to be himself, and Hillary needs to be herself. Too many voters think she's an extension of Bill and only like her for that and have never even bothered to judge her on her own considerable merits. That is mostly her campaign's fault, and dammit, Hillary, if you're reading this and you do decide to run for POTUS again will you PLEASE ditch these clowns and have women run your campaign from top to bottom?
Interesting you say 'three-some' as if Michelle Obama won't be in the kitchen stirring her own pots.
Not gonna work.
