After all the innocent cannot be blamed for the mess we are in. It is them that we fight for, it is their rights we must die for.
You see, when one's own incompetance allows them to vote against the well being of every American, we the freedom fighters must be there to help protect their constitutional rights even if they dont understand what is at stake. That is the beauty of this country. They can still run around blindfolded while we protect thier best interests. Rob, BB you are welcome, it is the least that I can do.

Sorry Shogun,,,I do disagee, this is a party BUILDER site, not a 'tear down the party so the GOP can keep screwing things up site'
But I don't hide behind the veil of 'freedom of speech' to offend people on private property. I don't yell, 'fire' in a crowded movie theater. I don't protest with signs that homosexuals will go to hell at Vets funerals. I don't attend a baptist Sunday service and scream the teachings of the Koran. and I don't condone people yelling and screaming at clients with gross and graphic signs in front of planned parenthood clinics. And yes...some that hide behind a veil of 'freedom of speech' do these things in the name of the First Amendment.
So if you're 'for' freedom of speech or 'against' it isn't really a fair question. Consider tyhe examples I have laid out and ask yourself.

I just finished reading "The Political Brain" and "Shock Doctrin"
People have been shown everyday on the news the vision of angry blacks getting arrested and so they are told that Barack is part of some vile gang that uses the fist-bump as a signal----O'Riley spews about the BAD BABY MOMMAS who let their daughters get pregnant, and Hannity spews daily about how Barack believes in eating live babies.
THESE are the EMOTIONS that cause people to vote against thier own best interest.
A man may want to have a long term loving relationship with another man, and they are told to be afraid ----be very afraid.
Remember how long it took before we were allowed to stop being afraid that a black man might want to have a loving relationship with your white daughter?
Wellllll, actually, I guess some are still knee-jerking to that one also.
