I was part of this community for a couple of years, but chose to leave when it became exclusive. Still, if any of my old friends are still around, I'd really like them to read this one entry on my own personal blog. I'd especially like for Karstar and Dtree - if they have time - to read it, but everyone is welcome to, of course. I'd like for DeeAnna to read it to. I don't know if all those people are still active here or not.

It's really just kind of a personal reflection. I thought I'd just put a heads up here. But there are a lot of new people who dont know me, and wouldnt want to read it... or at least, I think that.
Anyway, good to see you're still here.

I have no idea what to do with myself tomorrow night. You guys know I live in Ontario. All my friends are in the States. I dont have anyone to watch returns with (and I seriously wish I had a hand to hold.....) and two of my BEST friends are Hillary supporters that got pushed away from this website when the almighty ban happened - they'll both be voting for McCain because of the way they were treated here. You cannot imagine how hard that is for me to deal with. So tomorrow night, we'll be on opposite sides. Arius is working his butt off for the campaign and barely has time to breathe this week. He'll be working until the polls close in VA tomorrow. I'm sure he wont have time to talk to me. I imagine that I'll be sitting in the basement at my computer watching the love of my life (Keith Olbermann) and waiting to see what happens all by my onesie. I may look to see who's here....
A few of my friends may join you in Canada if Obama doesn't become victorious. I think most of us have been to busy to blog. I hope you've been well.

Thank you for many of the statements you have made. Most importantly thank you for saying we will get Obama elected if you and I have to pull the lever 50 million times alone. I think we will have some help.
Kids and I will be in line at 5:30am - the 5 year old and the 7 year old along with the twins and the wife. That's just in case we need to start working on the 50 million.
Doesn't matter if Obama wins or loses - the victory has been achieved in the race. Racism as a weapon has been reduced dramatically. The new day is here.
