Joe Biden.
Biden beat Edwards in the finals by a vote of 5-4.

Biden seems to be the one that is doing the best among people. He won this tournament, He was named the most Likely to be VP by Chris Mathews this week, he finished a close second to Clark in the CQ VP Madness and is the front runner in the MSNBC Veepstakes.

although I voted for Edwards I think he would help the ticket. He brings Foreign Policy experience, which people think Obama is Lacking. he helps bring liberals and Moderates together.

I think geographically he helps in Virginia, Ohio, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin and Colorado.

Biden is a very good choice.

You are good at research
Biden will bring lots to the ticket on many levels.
Demographics would be a good start----and do you know his platform?

Of course, I really think any of the candidates that we presented for POTUS 2008 would bring huge potential to the ticket, ---so what do I know.

I did extensive research on each one of them when I realized the original one that I wanted couldn't win and I would have to choose amoung the rest.

We definately got the best one.

besides, a majority of independents (in recent polls) have said they would not vote for Obama if Hillary was on the ticket.

Of course, I haven't seen polls on independants visa vi Biden yet.

If Obama does not choose Hillary, he can kiss his ass good bye. I will be the first to kiss it
I know you worship Hillary

like some kind of goddess, but there is a definite downside to including her on the ticket. His name is Bill.

A lot of people feel very uncomfortable with the notion of a former President hanging around the East Wing.

And a lot of people think Bill brought the country into disrepute.

Many want his finances and library donors to be disclosed in full before they will take that leap of faith.

As for Hillary, without Bill, she would have a better chance, but she's not going to get rid of Bill any time soon! We're not asking her to.

I got the feeling that John and Barack have already made other plans
It would be amazing with Bidens propensity to just blurt out truth to power if Barack picked him.
I love what most people shutter about with Biden---he just seems to tell it the way it is.

It is also what I love about Obama, but Obama seems to be a more polished politician in doing it.

I am not sure that they wouldn't really bump head though.

I absolutely trust Obama to pick the best one who can help him in that seat.

thanks for your poll of we who care
