I have recently been reviewing the constitution and Supreme Court Cases. I think I have found something Big. The 2ed Amendment has today been reviewed and stands such that every person in the nation has the right to own a gun. It is My belief , siting the 14th Amendment's "equal Protection" Clause and Brown V. The Board of Education, that this interpretation of the 2ed Amendment is Unconstitutional.

Plessy V. Furgison has been overturned, which means the days of "separate but equal" are also over. a Law can be overturned on the clause that it is "Inherently unequal". Gun Violence Kills more people in the "Ghettos" (mostly Black neighborhoods) than in rich suburbs (Mostly white Neighborhoods). Therefor more African Americans and Hispanic Americans are Subject to Gun violence than white Americans. Poor people are more Subject to Gun Violence than Rich People. Therefor the Courts new view on the second Amendment is a flat contradiction of the Fourteenth Amendment.

that people who are doing the damage in black neighborhoods would have access to a gun irregardless of the laws....

Criminals already have guns. While I personally don't own a gun, I feel that people should have the right to defend their home.

dear spencer, first i think you need to do show your research

its a creative way at going at the problem, but i think first you need some stats to back up the notions of how much and where all the gun violence is occurring.

while your generalizations about gun violence might seem intuitive at first, i'm not so sure that most gun violence does happen in the "ghettos."

i'm thinking back to Bowling for Columbine where Michael Moore was talking about how that is a misperception. we just see it on the news and glamorized in our culture more often.

if i recall correctly, i believe he said most cun violence occurs on average in the suburbs.

i'm not an expert on the stats, but google is your friend!
