Abortion: Obama's Flip Comment

After the interview at the Saddleback Church, I had several posts regarding my concerns regarding Obama's flip comments on Abortion. Many on this site were helpful in getting me to reconcile with Sen. Obama's comments.

Today he admitted that his comments may have been flip. Again, sometimes I simply do not like the way Obama approaches certain issues. I simply do not know why he has never come up with an answer for this question and simply stuck with it. It is as if he is trying to play both sides of the coin on it.

As a former Constitutional Law Professor and President of the Harvard Law Review, it would have been perfectly acceptable for him to simply answer with regard to the way the courts address the issue. But to state "it is above my pay grade" for me was simply unacceptable.

Here is the article with is latestest response.

I don't feel that he was being flip, but was saying this issue is between you and your God.
He is against legislating morality, giving each individual a choice.

My thoughts exactly. There was NO doubt in my mind, or my wife's that he was referring to God.

at the time, I didn't think it was flip---I thought is was consice, humble and correct----but after hearing Joe Biden's answer, I can see how Barack's can be seen as flip----
Biden's is perfect

Geez, sue, did you read the comments at the end of that article?
There are some really scary people out there.

"All I meant to communicate was that I don’t presume to be able to answer these kinds of theological questions."

Can anyone, really? Is that our position to decide? I think not.

In your case, perhaps both. Does it make you feel manly Paul to repeat lies?
