Senator Obama will speak Friday Feb.1 at the downtown convention center. Tickets are available from the Obama office at 1015 Lomas NW or at BarackObama.com . Doors open at 11:30 and the event begins at 1:15.

Be sure to notice Obama's thank you to John Edwards and Elizabeth.

Obama is an inspiring leader.

I hope he will reconsider his healthcare plan and allow for the establishment of nonprofit healthcare insurers. Then he will be as close to perfect as we can get.

He is inspiring and he's bringing many into the electoral process who might not have been inspired to participate otherwise.

His policy positions need to be inspected carefully just as any candidate's promises. There are a number of areas where his policy proposals could be tweaked, e.g. help for people caught in the subprime mortgage crisis.
