Try to IMAGINE how wonderful the Debates between Hillary
Clinton & Sarah Palin would have been...!!!
A LOST oppurtunity for the Democratic Party.
Hillary would have KICKED Palins butt up one side of
the Political sprectrum & dow the other!!
I hate to say I told you so.....
HA HA But I did.
Stupid Stupid Stupid
Last Word.

I would have supported Clinton either as Prez or VP, but in the end i'm glad we went with Joe.
Clinton is great, but too many people conveniently dismiss the fact she will be in court defending herself against the Paul v. Clinton civil suit right around the time of the election. It would not be good to have one of our candidates in court during that time, so even thought i think Clinton would make a good choice I think it was smart for her to sit this one out - the negative publicity from her court testimony would only highlight her high "untrustworthy" ratings.... sad but valid.
(yes, before you mention it, there may not be any justification for the lawsuit, but its there and we need to deal with it as a legitimate issue...)
As far as I know: the VP's debate the Vp's and the Presidental nominees debate the other Presidential nominee.
I have no doubt that Joe Biden can and will tear Palin a new one.
Hillary is good at debates but Biden is superior. And if you ask why she was second and Biden dropped out after Iowa, then I have one answer: 1) Biden did not have the exposure on any of the debates that Clinton and Obama did. Clinton and Obama were designated by the mainstream media on day one as "tier one" candidates. That means #1 television exposure.
In a debate, give me Joe Biden any day. (not to say that Hillary, Obama and other Democrats don't have their good points too, but as far as debate: Give me Joe Biden any day.)
Like it or not, it was HIlLARY that won 50% of the democratic vote.
Hillary filled the gaps in regions and groups that Obama has had problems with.
Palin may not have been the pick, but she is a hell of a fighter.
In fact, am guessing Biden is laughing at the prospect.
