TO ALL HILLARY SUPPORTERS

I don't know how many of you will actually read this email because most of the Hillary groups here have been hijacked by Obama supporters or the DNC and so I'm going to try one last time here.

Some of us Hillary supporters are not content in "toeing the line", "uniting as a family" or "making nice" after Howard Dean and the rest of the DNC cheated and stole the election away from Hillary by undercutting its own rules and awarding Obama not only Michigan's "uncommitted" votes, but also four of the delegates won by Hillary. That act alone is enough to send us running from the Democratic Party, but then you add in all the sexist, racist, hateful rhetoric thrown around by the media and the Obama supporters and you have the answer as to why Hillary supporters would rather not vote at all or vote for McCain rather than vote for Obama. So with that in mind, we have started several splinter groups dedicated to varied subjects such as making sure Hillary is on the VP ticket, making sure her economic and health plans continue on, making sure the biased and sexist tone of this campaign is not forgotten, and most importantly, organizing as Independents and either writing in Hillary's name in November or voting for McCain as an alternative or protest vote. If any or all of this appeals to you, please send me your email address and I'll include you in our listings. We will no longer be emailing each other through the DNC groups. Together, we will continue to make a difference on Hillary's behalf. CJ

You are not following Hillary's wishes.

She is a Democrat.

I believe it would be a mistake for Hillary to be on the VP ticket. I do believe that we should support her health care and economic plans.

As for voting McCain, I understand your anger but I do believe Hillary would not agree.

Your post makes some good observations.

What does Hillary Want?
By The One Called Goldstein Jun 10th 2008 at 5:23 pm EDT
What a terrible waste of time.

If they vote for McCain, what a terrible waste of life and limb.

I don't believe Hillary Clinton wants this. If you really support her and her positions, perhaps you should write her official site and ask her before you take a step that would not be what she wants.

Neat.....
By Democrat in Indianapolis, IN Jun 10th 2008 at 5:43 pm EDT
Sounds good...Oh this site I wouldn't worry about at all ..We don't have a democrat party anymore....They don't include the peoples vote...So seems like they maybe changed to republicans....Might as well have another 4 years of hell either way Obama isn't experienced enough, as the people on here giving you a hard time. These aren't democrats on here so I wouldn't worry about it...They don't know anything, about being a democrat, because they would never encourage thinking it's ok not to get the people's choice.....

A Movement
By WOMAN Jun 10th 2008 at 5:45 pm EDT
If the movement is honorable, holds integrity as a core value and reflects the character most Americans would agree with, then why not have the movement continue? That's called activism.

Cheers to those who have the courage, even in the face of defeat, to continue on muddling through the crap.

This is even larger than Hillary.

For me, this is about ONE VOTE, COUNT EVERY VOTE, EVERY VOTE COUNTS. And, that began March 4th at my precinct caucus where the powers that be messed around so much that hundreds of people went home without voting and when it was all said and done it just so happened that those powers that be were ALL Obama supporters. UNFAIR AND UNACCEPTABLE.

So, to all those continuing the movement, my hat is off to you!

hm

Allot for people to think about. I do not think there is any shame when you doubt your party to look outside.... because if your party holds your values then you will come back if they don't then at least maybe you found what you needed.... right?

Hill Yeah!
By Disaffected Dem - still w/ Hill Jun 11th 2008 at 6:53 am EDT
I am so angry at the DNC I can't see straight. Mark my words, I will not fall in line behind Obama.

The Democratic Party and the Obama camp will not disrepect and dismiss Hillary supporters without grave consequences in Nov.

We will not be taken for granted.
