Just wanted to let anyone in the Maryland/D.C. area know that Senator Obama will be speaking at a rally at Prince George's Community College tomorrow. Well, actually, today. The tenth. Go. Support him!

Also...

My roommate's sick. I really don't want to get sick. What cold medicines are the best? I need a magic cure, here...

Try a product called Airborne Formula.

Google it. It works.

Zinc tablets. One in the morning, one in the evening. Usually around $3 a bottle in over counter section.

Good handwashing-- Keep a bottle of purel in your pocket and use it all day long-- Everyone should anyway-- When I work a 24 hour shift I probably use it 60-100 times... I make my kids use it all the time and use it before they eat when they are out... Handwashing is the best way to prevent illness... Doing things to boost your immune system like eating healthy--healty breakfast, and light dinner--lots of veggies-- getting plenty of rest, 2-3 liters of water, and extra vit c. (maybe zinc and a b-complex)-- The meds they have will help with the symptoms but they have side effects-- PREVENTION is the key-- Take care, g.

:D I do. My OCD self has a big thing of it on my desk, as well as a little squeeze bottle in my purse.
