Double Standards... The American Kakistocracy

Remember the old saying that two wrongs don't make a right? Looking back on 9/11 I couldn't believe what was happening, and though I had some uncertainty as to whether or not we were doing the right thing attacking Afghanistan. The History of the country is no secret. Britain, Russia, and now it's our turn? So many people in a foreign country displaced. I started to have more and more doubts.

Human life is more important than vengeance. As much as we want answers in life, the last thing you want to do is risk the lives of others for self gratification. There has to be a line the separates us from them. How many times have we been involved in foreign actions that wound up causing more trouble. Israel is a major faux pas in our history. There is no excuse for displacing Palestinians in order to accommodate any people from any land, regardless of faith. There were agreements made long ago with the Palestinian people, and it seems we assisted in violating those promises.

Yanks Know The Bible Too

I know this is and indirect blog for Ed, however I would like to let it be known to all that just because your from TX or AR doesnt make you an expert on the Bible or the book of Revelations for that matter.

I know of the "bad mouth" and I know of the mark and horns and the sea and dragon and the breath of fire. I am no fool of the bible so do not go there. Im not so sure where in the book of Revelations that it says some would see the mark and the rest of us are just blind fools.

In Revelation 13:4, then, Christ through John told the churches in Asia to make no mistake about what they were faced with. The beast from the sea"the Roman Empire"and its officials in Asia created a society that was spiritually attractive, though pagan and blasphemous to the core. Only through Christ and the Christian’s faithfulness in him, can it be resisted and defeated. That important spiritual consideration is the point of chapter 13. John is not interested in chronology or creating a blueprint of end-time events.

I do not see how some can make the claim that Hitler is the first beast from the sea let alone Obama being the second.

Non-Bible-Thumpers do not be afraid to weigh in on this. I am not a Thumper and I do not claim to be.

I will gladly share the verses I find contradictory. I dont mean to bring a blog about Christ and the Beast into the PB but there some here who feel Obama is the Anti-Christ and this must be addressed. Same as the Rev. Wright stuff.
