My Story: Aryeh Alex is currently a senior partner at a political consulting firm. He served as Student Body President at Cincinnati State College, where he was a student at the Mid-West Culinary Institute and later attended the University of Cincinnati. At culinary school, he was solely responsible for forming their first-ever, College Democrats chapter and served as President. In addition, Aryeh interned with the Hamilton County Democratic Party in 2005 where he coordinated local campaigns. Aryeh sits on the Hamilton County Democratic Party Central Committee through his role as a Precinct Executive, as an appointed member of the Hamilton County Executive Committee, and has played integral role with the local Democratic Party from planning an advance Campaign Training to managing Samantha Herd’s City Council campaign. Aryeh served as Communications Director for the Ohio Young Democrats from 2005-2006, the Regional Coordinator for the Ohio College Democrats Caucus and Executive Director of the Hamilton County Young Democrats. In the 2006 Election cycle he served as the campaign manager and treasurer for Democratic State Representative Tyrone K. Yates, Deputy Executive Director of the Hamilton County Democratic Party, and Hamilton County GOTV Coordinator for the Ohio Democratic Party. In 2006, Aryeh was unanimously elected to a two year term as Chairman of the Cincinnati Democratic Committee.
