My Story: I am a Democrat. I feel that as humans it should be every person's goal to help those that are less fortunate than themselves. I feel that our party is one of the best outlets for carrying out that mission. I am committed to issues of civil rights, particularly lgbt issues, and to healthcare reform. It is one of my strongest convictions that we as the most civilized state on the face of the world should live in shame that we have citizens who have to make the decision between buying food and purchasing medical care.
