My Story: I moved to Portland in 1997 from Texas and fell in love with the progressive way of life here. I am a non-traditional college student working on my Bachelor's in Social Science headed toward a master's in Education. I consider myself to be a fairly liberal Democrat and want to focus my energies on building communities that are sustainable and beneficial to all that live there.
