My Story: I started my life in the waning days of 1964, and was given the middle name of "Barry" after Barry Goldwater. At the age of 6, my picture was featured on the front page of the "Woodbury (NJ) Times" at the Gloucester County Republican Picnic, standing next to the candidate for Sheriff. Years later, I was able to break free of this politically-challenged phase and proudly became a Democrat. I was at Madison Square Garden on Wednesday night during the 1992 Democratic Convention and had a blast. I got to see Paul Tsongas speak, have Sam Donaldson barrel into me as he left for the evening, and experience Bill Clinton's nomination firsthand (as well as his famous walk to the Garden through Macy's). I was an early supporter of Howard Dean for President, and think the 50 State Strategy is right on the mark. And yes, I donate every month too! :) I thank everyone from around the country who support Congressional representation for Distric of Columbia residents. I'm proud to be a member of this great Party!
