My Story: I am a member of the Stonewall Caucus (GLBT) which is the largest caucus in the State of Utah. I want to see a truly Progressive inhabitant of the White House that can restore our country's greatness. I am having a hard time finding it within me to support the first-tier candidacies of Clinton and Obama, and am more inclined to support Gravel, Kusinich, or Richardson before I will support Edwards. In reality, I would like to see Al Gore run. He is a true statesman that will restore the rule of law to the Executive branch of the Federal government. I want to see progressive actions taken, such as infrastructure development, reigning in of free trade mistakes, universal single-payer healthcare for all Americans, etc. If we put forth a progressive agenda and show the benefits provided to ALL Americans, we will build a democratic majority that will last generations.
