My Story: While I may be to the left of center, I am disgusted with the current political climate. Yes, this is mostly a result of republican (bordering on corupt) actions, but we democrats need to do a better job of getting the truth out IMMEDIATLY. Our efforts in the first 4 years of Bush jr are an embarassment. Indeed I am looking closly at Unity08.com, an effort at moderate policies and to end political garbage. Bush is certainly the worst president in my lifetime, and very likely the worst in our history. Really, it's about FREEDOM. If we don't find a way to reclaim our demoracy now, it will be only for the history books. The last election may well have been the end. The environment is the biggest issue, campaign & election reform are probably next. We are allowing tiny issues to play king...are we up for the challenge???
