My Story: A NYC weed transplanted to Pittsburgh and spreading over the Internet like kudzu (a pernicious weed)... My move to the 'Burgh' was necessitated by my need to care for my mother when my Dad's diabetes acted up and he was unable to do as much for her as he wished. Though I knew it would it be hard and ultimately a permanent move, I had no idea how hard. Thirteen years later, she passed and three years later my father followed. Those years took a tremendous toll on me and my computer (which I first gave myself in 2000 after my mother's death) became my lifeline.
