We are the margin of victory. We are young workers, young families, college and high school students--ages 14-35--who are commited to the Democratic values that make America strong and provide opportunity for all. As the official voice for young people in the California Democratic Party, CYD is a network of over 70 chapters and 3,000 activists around the state. We take action in our communities on local, statewide, and national campaigns to build the Democratic Party. We know that despite the "common sense" of the media, young people can and do make the difference in politics.
