Thank you for your interest in my candidacy for the United States Congress, Third District of Indiana. I am an energetic, compassionate candidate with fresh ideas and a plan to lead in a new direction. I assure you that I am a statesman and not a politician. Politicians lead through fear, deceit, party lines and self-interest. Statesmen, on the other hand, protect and represent the community’s interests and values. We have all been told, at one point in our lives, “You are the future leaders of tomorrow.” Well, that tomorrow is today and our future is now our reality. The last decade and a half has been filled with rhetorical promises of a brighter future. That promised ‘bright future’ is a ‘dim present’ defined by crises of war, energy, immigration, education, and health care.
