Progressive Democrats of America - Chicago Chapter

The Chicago chapter of Progressive Democrats of America is a grassroots group working to promote the progressive movement - a movement which is alive and growing rapidly in this country. Progressive Democrats of America, or PDA, is a national organization which unites disparate groups; Greens, Deans, Rainbow Push, Pink, the Peace Movement and Hip Hop under the banner of PDA representing a really diverse, multicultural community. PDA is working toward having a progressive caucus in every state of the country and works with Congress on a variety of issues including Iraq, healthcare, electoral reform, changing the media and more. PDA works for progressive candidates and wants to be the democratic wing of the Democratic party.
